Sic!
Film Production GmbH
The
name comes from the Latin expression "sic!" meaning
(exactly as was said! – in relation to something that was
mentioned before and that one wishes to leave exactly/literally
that way).
Sic!
Film was founded 1993 by Wolfgang
Scholz, mostly to make possible the realization of
documentary films, feature films and multimedia productions.
1998
changing to the form of a GmbH.
The
"Sic! Film GmbH" is a small production company and produces
mostly artistic films or art projects to the maximum budget amounting
to 2 million Euros.
Since
2000 there is an office of Sic! Film GmbH in Dresden, at Nieritzstr.
12, 01097 Dresden. The person in charge is Frau Adina Rieckmann.
Since
2002 there has been a working collaboration with the Centro
Cultural “Los Talleres” A.C. in Mexico
City. The Production manager for Sic! Film there is: Ms. Isabel
Beteta De Cou. She speaks fluent English, German, French and of
course Spanish.
